Default Tomtom naviagator 5

Hi, I have recently purchased the new tomtom 5 in replacement to the older tomtom 3.07 version which was working fine. The tomtom 5 is brilliant and works although when it comes to entering a postcode or address I am not supplid with an on-screen keyboard although when I go to add a favourite I am provided with a keyboard?

The strange thing is that I have an spv m2000 and a work supplied hp2210, on the 2210 the software has no problems what-so-ever but it appears the spv as issues, I contacted the supplier and then sent a new copy which is the same? Does anybody know whether there is a patch or maybe some kind of issue relating to this with reagard to windows ppocket pc 2003?

Obviously the querty keyboard can be used on the spv, but whilst it is in a cradle in the vehicle it becomes impossible.

Would appreciate if someone knows what can be done as I have looked all over the net an I am still unwise as to a solution.

Welcome to our forums.
This appears to be an issue with the m2000 (and all the other branded variants of it) and there is no known workaround for it yet.
