Armcode not validated error message

Every other time I launch Tom Tom Navigator 5 Bluetooth for PDA after the intial tom tom screen it freezes and starts flashing the message Armcode not validated!. I have to do a soft reset and try again to see if it works. Contacted Tom Tom but not help yet. Any Ideas? Thanks

I have the same problem with my Tungsten E2 and had the chip sent back to TomTom. Got it back on Monday and it still had the same problem !! Have to call them now to figure what is happening.
