Wink Ttg 700

hello

i am new to gps, i have just had delivered TTG 700, unfortunately not from total pda as they do not have any and no date was given in the near future.

i have a couple of vans on the road and if it works o.k. i will consider buying a couple more.

can any tell me about the activation process, i usedttg 700 "on the streets" yesterday and it seems o.k. , this is where i get a little confused.....
A how do you get the speed cameras up and running, is it an extra cost?.

B how do i get maps updated, is this also an additional cost?.

I have an activation card in the box but the tom-tom site seems a little bewildering, or am i missing something.

would be glad of any friendly advice.

malc

1) you can subscribe to tomtom plus and get speed camera's that way or you can download from the instructions below at no extra cost:

http://www.totalpda.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=2640 (TomTom GO Speed Camera Install)

2) Map updates you have to subscribe tomtom plus for these or get the next version of tomtom when released.

3) keep that activation card very very very very safe if you loose that and have to install tomtom then you have to buy a new TomTom GO.
