Connect bluetooth automatically With TTN5

First time i have install TomTom Navigator 5 in my Qtek S100, when i connect TTN5 the bluetooth switches on automatically.
After a hard reset i'm unable to do that, i must connect bluetooth first.
I have an EMTEC bluetooth GPS.
can anybody help me, please?
