TomTom5 & HP Ipaq 1930

I have just purcahsed tomtom 5 and loaded it onto my ipaq 1930, all the setup completed correctly, but i am unsure what gps device to point to? the options were.. Tomtom wireless gps, tomtom cable gps, other bluetooth gps, other cable nmea gps.

I am using a Hi-203E gps reciever. I have tried all option but keep getting gps device not found. Also the red light is flashing inside the gps recieve.

Sorry to be vauge, i hope someone can help
