Tt Nav 5 Problem

I Have Loaded Tt Nav 5 Onto My Sd Card With No Problems I Have Also Activated The Codes. The Problem I Have Is With The Uk Maps. I Have Loaded The Maps Onto The Sd Card And Checked That They Are On. When I Click On The Tomtom Start Up Icon It Says No Maps.

Any Ideas Anyone!!!!!!

Ps I Have Know Been Waiting 4 Weeks For A Responce Of Tomtom And Still Waiting In Hope.

sometimes this happens to me when i start tomtom but if i click on it immediately afterwards ie. start tomtom again, the map is there. what is the folder called that the map is in?
