which CF card? for use with tomtom2 and 2210

Hi can anybody please advise me. I am a newcomer to the world of GPS.

I have deicded upon a IPAQ 2210 and the tomtom2 software. I cannot deicde on which CF receiver to go for. Ideally I'd like a small compact receiver that does not require an external antena. I quite like the sound of the sysonchip plus. Does anybody have any experience with this setup.
