Takes them a loooong time....! I finally got round to ordering my TTN5 upgrade last Friday. Been checking the order status since, and for the last 7 days it hasn't moved on from being 'Authorised'.
As TomTom say on their website that delivery can take up to 5 weeks after the payment has been received, I am a little disappointed that so far a week has gone by without any movement.
I did raise this as an issue with them, but got a rather curt "There is nothing wrong with your order, it will be despatched as soon as possible but will take up to 5 weeks"
Has anyone had similar problems with the payment taking so long to be processed? |
