No GPS Device TomTom 5

I have installed upgrade to tomtom 5, my wired gps receiver is connected and green light comes on and then flashes. Keep getting no gps device. Tried configering tomtom cable gps but still getting same message.

Can anyone help?

ps - receiver previously worked on my tomtom 3 version very recently.

Other NMEA GPS - 4800 baud - Serial Cable on SP2

If that doesn't work, try COM 1 or one of the othere settings.

You may have to experiment with the baud rate.
