spv m2000 com port / no gps

i have just installed totom 5 can anyone help the bluetooth is paired . iam using
holox bt-321 the gps is flashing green picking up sats but gps status says No GPS device !

have you added the GPS as a trusted device?
in tomtom what com settings have you selected?
