Did you use the standard adaptor which came with it, or your own?

There is unlikely to be any fuses inside the Go, so you'd need to send it back to TomTom for repair. As to costs, all depend what you blew.

Not sure if its the original charger, as I brought it second hand. When I plug the charger in the Go the green light still comes on.

If it's original, should have something about TomTom on it.

Seems like the main board has blown, as the green light would suggest the charging circuit is fine.

I would remove it from charge, and not use it until you've had it looked at by a TT repairer - as if it's serious, you could have a safety/fire risk.

It is'nt under warranty so do you know roughly how much it would cost to be repaired.

You'll need to get it looked at first. Contact TomTom for details on their repair service.
