Private Roads

Hi there, i live at the end of a private road, which is highlighted on my tom tom go, but there is a normal road at the end of it that you can go down but it is a gravel dirt track, so obviously i want to go down the private road and out. Is there anyway to make the Tom tom calculate routes through this private road?

i have the opposite problem
tom tom likes to take me down roads which i LUCKILY know i cant get through LOL

about your question though..........

once you've set your route, and are ready to depart
enter the menu and select
Find alternative...,
then Travel Via....
then move to second page of menu.....
and select point on map
then u can physically add that road to your route

or u could just drive through it and it should recalculate the route as your driving
