TT700 and SE 750i

I have a TomTom 700 and a SE 750i phone and have two small problems.

The first is that TT has problems using the internet gprs connection from the phone. As trafic needs this service it has caused a problem as can not connect. Does any one have any ideas how to fix this, Set to vodaphone gprs and http etc so should work? Also, even though have address book copied from phone to TT it still only shows "incoming call" rather than the name and number. IS there a setting I need to change somewhere to get it to show the name and number of the caller?
