Tomtom 3 announced today at CeBit

TT3 announced today at CeBit show, press releases available from www.tomtom.com

Free upgrade to anyone who bought / registered TT2 on or after 18th Jan 2004 - £30 (ish) to any other TT2 owner. Avaialability mid April '04.

New Features:
Updated Map (apparently going back at least to April 2003)
Route plan VIA midpoints (rather than just A to B as in TT2)
Integrated Traffic service using GPRS on a mobile phone (small monthly / annual fee - plus GPRS usage costs) to avoid jams etc on your route ahead.

Pretty Cool huh.

Also announced is a good looking TT3 hardware solution based on Palm O/S for those who don't have / want a PPC.
