Lost POI's

I've just upgraded my Phone toa SPV C600. I've moved my storage Card over and I'm running TT5 okay. But its not picking up the POI's, I've activated my new phone on the TT webpage, deleted and re-installed them all, but still they don't appear.

Anyone any Ideas
