ipaq 3950 with BC-307 and tomtom 5.

Hi, I have an ipaq 3950/ Globstat BC307 together with a Bluetooth wireless pack with CFcard slot, TomTom 5 installed but it seems to work sometimes with no problems then you try to use it again and it will not pickup satellites, Its driving me crazy waiting for the little yellow/black disc to spin. HELP.
