tomtom voice conversion

hi can anybody tell me what software i would need to convert tt voices from 22 to 16mhz

Is this for a mobile?
if you signup for tomtom plus you can download the voices for whatever device you want, just change the device type you use in the profile and it will list the voices for that device.
