Faulty GPS

I have a tomtom nav 3 bluetooth gps whcih has stopped working, it has been run down for about 3 months but when i charge it up overnight the gps is still dead, the plug is warm but the gps is cold.

I presume the battery is faulty but not sure, anyone know where i can get a spare battery quickly..thanks

I dont think its meant to be replacable although it is doable. Not sure who does it either so it might be a bit of a struggle.
