TomTom 5 Home Preference

I have recently moved and want to change my home address. Whenever I do this via the change preferences spanner I can change the address ok but when I restart TomTom it has the old address back again. I also get this when I delete some favourites, they reappear next time I restart.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Home and favourites are saved in the Great_Britain-Map folder, on the SD Card, as Great_Britain-Map.cfg.

Maybe it's become corrupt. You can make a fresh start by deleting the .cfg file. and on restarting TomTom it will be replaced with a new, empty, .cfg file.

You will of course have to set up your favourites again.
