Navigator 5/ HP6915

I'm following instructions accurately on installing Tom Tom Nav. to HP6915. When I try to install maps, I get message 'Volume not found' Can someone help?

Not sure on this one are you installing the maps to a memory card?

Have you downloaded the Nav 5.21 patch from tomtom?
