error coping to sd card

Hi all im pulling my hair out with this in trying to copy tomtom to my sd card all the files copy apart from "cline" a file in britain maps it stops half way through and says "cant convert file not enough disk space ????" what that means i dont know im trying to copy it via my xda 2i using the usb cable and activesync 4
please pleasee help me

How big is your SD card? The error is exactly what it says on the tin. Not enough room on your SD card for the file.

You'll need at least 256mb free space just to load the UK maps onto - without any additional POI's. If you've got TT on there too, then you'll be needing at least a 512k (as that's the next size up, and both maps and apon an SD are over 256)
