Default h5450 with tomtom and carcom mount

Hi all.
I am thinking of using the carcom powered mount for my iPAQ h5450. I can see that I will need the converter cable. My question is will the TomTom GPS reciever pick up power through the carcom cigarette lighter plug or will it require a separate connection.

Thanks G

Yeah the converter cable does supply power as well as data.
