maps between ttnav5 and ttone

will maps for tomtom nav 5 on a pda work on a tomtom one. i have maps for the US which work on my pda tomtom nav, i'm giving my dad the pda as he uses memory map alot with OS maps. i was going to buy a tomtom one to replace the pda but need to know if the maps are compatible

Not if the One uses v6. Also you have to think about activation issues too.
