City Maps HELP!

I recently bought and downloaded a city map for Paris. I followed the setup instructions, however when I go into the programs files, there is no city map for Paris available. Also when I load the navigator and click other maps, a message appears saying that no other maps are installed.

Any ideas, I have tried it installing the map on both an SD and the pocket PC. I can see the files but cannot load them.

Was it defiantly a city map for Tom Tom 3 that you have not Tom Tom 2 as there are not compatible.

The link I bought it from was http://www.tomtom.com/products/produ...230&Language=1 cant see that it was for tt 2 but might be missing something.
