Default TomTom GO 910 problem.

Hello,

I have a problem with my GO 910.

I have had it in the dock, connected to the computer, and when I have gone to disconnect, the 910 will not register that it has been ejected.

I followed the disconnection procedure.

Now all I have is a screen that shows the 910, and a flashing 'circled' red cross.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried a soft reset?

I have just received a new Go 910 and am having similar problems to you i.e. when detaching from the computer it is getting locked at the start up screen. I have reset it but the same thing happens. Now I have to reset it to turn it off and it freezes at the start up screen each time I turn it on. Did this happen to you as well? How did you sort it? Thanks

If you check on the pocketgpsworld forums I seem to remember others having the same problems and were sorted OK.
