I'd slightly better off than you - my street is listed although it is mysteriously called 'unnamed road'.

No idea on the upgrade as yet.

Cheers

The best thing to do is to inform tt3 about missing names and roads and they will then be included in updates .don't leave it to someone else .Let them know and contribute towards the software you are using after all it's so expensive.I personally think co-pilot 4 has more details on their maps.

I would do if I could get hold of their bloody email address! Their website is crap! Even after registering I can't get to any kind of page where they offer either a phone number or email address.

I've had my Tomtom + Palm T3 for a couple of weeks and done nearly 2000 miles directed by it. On the whole it is very good but some of the errors are rather worrying. As well as the M6 toll road, most of the new bits of the A43 are missing, so it showed me driving through a field today. It got completely screwed up in Oxford and tried to Navigate me down a road that was only open to buses and taxis!

It also has part of the one way system in Perth in the wrong direction and that was changed about 18 months ago.

It did manage to find some devious ways past a closure on the M25 though, so I still wouldn't want to be without it!

That email is no longer valid - this response was received...

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email. Due to extensive changes in our support systems, we are no longer monitoring this email box, and are therefore unable to respond to this message.

Seems they are trying the best to block all communications with their customers!

I sent a message to Tomtom last night using their new My Tomtom facilty and got a reply this morning!

Basically they said that any parts of the M6 completed after October 2003 are not on the current maps, but he said that he had forwarded the other errors I listed to Teleatlas. It is obviously worth reporting any other errors that you find so that hopefully the next release will be more accurate.

Unfortunately he did not say when there would be a new release.
