Help!!!!! repairs

I have a tomtom one last week it got broken I have been to the tomtom site where i am a member but do you think i can get an email or anything to them it states how to contact them see bottom of the page but! nothing there, I tried to phone a dozen times the UK number but after getting connected thats all you here is a beep and no reply, could anyone help me i need to get my tomtom one sat nav repaired it cost a lot of money and i use it all the time.(did anybody else have a problem getting i contact with them)
