Waiting for TOMTOM BT

I ordered a TomTom BT a while ago and I still haven't received it.
Originally I ordered a TomTom 'wired' by mistake and sent it back unopened with an RMA (68268) which was confirmed as being received over a week ago and over two weeks ago from the original order.

May I ask if the TT-BT will be dispatched soon or are there still difficulties with stock?

I tried to send a "web email" via the contacts page to query the order but no-one has responded.

Thanks in advance, and crossed fingers this works.
