tomtom 5 no maps

hi please help please please please
got nokia 6680 mobile phone with tomtom5 already installed on memory card and looks like all maps on there as well but when i open tomtom on my phone it says "no maps found!"

it is second hand and the previouse owner asures me that it did work

i have the bluetooth gps receiver with it but i have no user instructions for either so dont know if im doing somthing wrong, if the files are corrupt, memory cards nackerd or wot ,

please help
