Speed camera downloads

Hi

My order number is 163792 and I bought a TT700 which includes free speed camera database in the description.

If you have chosen a product with a “Free Speed Camera Database”…
You will receive a downloadable Database free of charge when you take delivery of your purchase.

I have not yet received this. Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive this.
