H1940+naviggator3 + tomtom bluetooth

i can get the program to run but will not show any maps and the message at the bottom of the screen shows current location ?
the gps status is ok with position locked, the poi function show places nearby correctly but again it will not show on the map.
The option to display the map is set to on.
I have now tried navigator 2 but still the same problem. but selecting the map sometimes it will display it but mostly it just closes down the program.

Have you tried going into the menu and checking if "Show/Hide Map" is enabled/disabled? Should be on the second page of the menu.
