Default confliction

helo there,
I wonder if anybody can advise me, just got ipac 2210, wired tom tom 3, have installed with a bit of hassle, but got there, all is well as long as not to much else is on ipac too, if i install hp plug in foldable key board the navigator looses connection with ipac i get a message saying cant connect with com 1 as it doesnt exist, would i be better off to put navigator and maps on an sd card, and key board and other clutter on a seperate card and keep it all seperate or will the various ports still be assigned and it still not work, keep losing every thing and getting frustrated any help much appreciated.
Graham

The reason you get this is because the keyboard and the GPS receiver both need COM1 for communication. Just disable the keyboard when you use the GPS and vice versa.
