No GPS signal on Treo 750v

I have successully paired a BT-130 GPS bluetooth receiver with my Palm Treo 750v on com port 8. However once I select com port 8 in TomTom settings, I'm getting the message:

"No GPS device"

The GPSInfo utility that came with the receiver shows that there is a connection.

I am at a loss... 4 hours of trying various combinations.

Uninstall the GPS utility software. Tomtom can issues with these type of programs.
