tomtom traffic problems

Hi I am running tomtom nav 6 on a mio p550 I used to be able to get traffic info when useing nav 5 but have lost the correct settings - I am connecting via bluetooth to a Nokia N91 on o2. I have tried a variety of settings but cannot get it to work. error messages vary "no wireless connection" " recieving modem turned off" "no modem at this number" etc..
Tomtom support say its o2's problem, o2 say its the PDA, Mio blame the Nokia. Is there anyone who can shame these idiots????

You have my sympathy. I'm having terrible trouble with TomTom. With both my new TyTn2 running Navigator 6 and my TomTom One. I've given up on trying to get traffic to work, where as before it worked great with my One and the old mobile (Sony K750i). TomTom support is next to useless and it seems impossible to discover who is at fault. All I can say is keep plugging away and post your solution when you find it.
