Question Please help! I need advice about connecting my phone?

I have tried to "pair" my Sony Ericsson 610i (which the Tomtom website says is compatible) with my new Tomtom Go 500. My phone can "see" the Tomtom but keeps telling me that Bluetooth connection has failed. I am useless with anything techie, can anyone offer any help or advice please? Thank you!!

Make sure on your SE you make the TomTom an 'authorised device' so it will make the connection automatically.

If you are still having problems, go to your mobile phone and click on Settings and then Connection. Then select Bluetooth Link and select Set up. Finally click on Find Me and this should do the trick.

It certainly worked for me when I had a similar 610i problem.

I'm having a similar problem, I seem to have done all the above, any other idea would be welcome. Its not the device as it recognises other mobiles. My phone is a Motorola V620
