Help & Advice needed

Hi I am new to the forum and wonder if anyone can help me. I have purchased TomTom Nav 6 software & maps of W.Europe from e-bay. Alas this was listed as a used product but in excellent condition in all original boxes, product code, etc, etc. All appeared great until I came to activate the maps where it appears there are 3 activations against the product code. TomTom support team will not help me saying that I shouldn't have bought from e-bay in the first place. I have a T-mobile MDA Compact III phone does any one have any advice for me or has anyone else done the same thing as me by buying from e-aby and have the same problem? Many thanks

TomTom are correct.

You need to take this up with the seller, and ebay (paypal too if you paid via them).

I read about it all the time with TomTom, and other software, you're not the first to be caught out and won't be the last, unfortunately.

Never buy any software of any kind off eBay, the licences are to use the software, you, or anyone else, does not own the software.
