Question TomTom Go 710 Postcodes deleted

I've just updated my 710 on TomTom Home. After downloading the 'required update' I was told that I didn't have enough room on my device so would have to delete something. Off the pick list offered for deletion I mistakenly assumed that 'Postcodes' were the postcodes I'd entered myself previously. I deleted these and loaded the update, only to find that I've now lost 7 digit postcode functionality. How can I get this back? No, I didn't create a backup! If I can get them back how can I safely free up some space for the update? In fact I wish I'd never updated (loads of stupid bongs that weren't there before) - is there a way of restoring it to its former self even though I didn't create a back up? Thanks!

Cant remember if the postcodes came on the disk you got with your tomtom. If not try tomtom on 08451610009
