Bluetooth connection problem

I have just taken delivery of a 2210 and TT3 and the first time I want to use it properly cannot get a bluetooth connection.

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Have you setup the partnership and the correct com settings?

Had mine about 4 months now and had no problems at all with connections
When I set mine up I was connected to the TT site before starting the CD. It sounds like that helped me as my mate didn't and had problems. Also I turned on bluetooth on the PDA before the connection set up asked me to. Again my mate didn't.
I once could not get a connection but a quick soft restart of the ipaq sorted that out.
Sounds like I was lucky and my mate wasn't.
