Newbie requires quick simple advice .. please ..

I am looking into sorting my brother a GPS unit as he drives for a haulage company. He drive multiple lorries and needs something that:-

a) Runs Tom tom - it seems very popular
b) can be moved from lorry to lorry quickly and easily
c) doesnt have to be a pda as its only for gps

What do you all recommend please
