Unhappy Ipaq 2210 / TomTom 3 - Bluetooth

Recently upgraded to TomTom 3, as yet I have no experienced any real glitches.....

However what I have experienced is that it takes a lot longer for the Ipaq to link with the GPS....in some cases 10 / 15 mins compared to only a few mins when I had TomTom 2.

Is this a common problem or have I maybe setup incorrectly somewhere..?

Shouldnt really take as long as that, are you using a wired or bluetooth system?

Ive got exactly the same configuration and find that it sometimes hangs.

To get over the problem quickly, launch the GPS application, untick the device box and then re-tick. Alldone in less than 30 seconds.

I would suggest that you have a dodgy GPS receiver, poor position on dashboard or you have too many other applications open on your IPAQ if this fails to resolve it.
