Default Dual-carriageway marker

I want to add a marker to the start and end of dual carriageways so that i know when i can overtake or just wait that little bit longer.

Other than using points of interest is there any way i can do it? Like adding a roundabout and telling the satnav to play the recording i make instead of the one they have.

Thanks

No way other than POI.

But without seeming rude, if you dont know when you can overtake, then perhaps you need to more driving lessons and/or glasses?

Even with POI, just because it says you can overtake, doesnt mean it is safe too!

No thats not rude, just missing the point. Some of the roads i go on dont have "dual carriageway ahead" signs, and so in the dark or dusk times, you cant see how long ahead you have. Some of the worse sections are sudden ends just round corners, or just after the brow of a hill, so cant bee seen.

I'll just use a POI then, Thanks
