problems connecting to internet with x30

i have the x30 middle class one with 312mhz with bluetooth and wi-fi. im having problems trying to setup a network and connect to the internet and browse ie from my handheld.

ive checked the manual and searched for stuff online about the problem and havent found anything.

ive followed the instructions exactly and no go.

can someone help me out?
