Default Using Ipaq for email in France

I have an Ipaq 3900 which I use for email connecting via a Nokia phone. Until recently I used BT Openworld as my ISP which has an 0121 number for its dial-in for PDAs. I have switched to beeb.net who have an 0845 number (like Freeserve). Trouble is that there is a bar on dialling 0845 numbers following an international code so dialling in from France is impossible because you have to put the 44 code in first. Can anyone recommend an ISP other than BT with a non-0845 dial in? Or a better (and cheaper) method of connecting from a relatively rural situation in France?

Why dont you use GPRS on your mobile phone instead of WAP.
