Navman pin 570

Hi There,
new to this forum so hello everyone,
just got a Navman pin570, it has a SD slot etc, which card(s) are compatible with it so I can connect to my Home network on 802.11g with WEP, I have seen lots of stuff for sale for SDIO, but not sure if my 570 has that, or if SDIO is just the full tech name for a SD slot,

I like the look of the Sandisk card with 256mb built in but unsure of compatibility.
