Ipaq 5550 wifi internet through PC

I have an Ipaq 5550 and i byied a wifi card 802.11b for my pc NETGEAR MA311 PCI
My pc is running Win98se and connets to internet through a zoom 56k modem.
I want to get wireless internet to my Ipaq AND I am very confused with the different things i already read.
I setup the internet connection sharing on my win98se
What i have to do under control panel-network-configuration (adapters)
There are too many adapters here
1.Client for Microsoft networks
2.Microsoft family logon
3.Dialup adapter
4.Internet connection sharing
5.NETGEAR MA311 PCI Adapter
6.Internet connection sharing (protocol)-->Dialup adapter
7.Internet connection sharing (protocol)-->Internet connection sharing
8.Internet connection sharing (protocol)-->NETGEAR MA311 PCI Adapter
9.TCP/IP (home)->NETGEAR MA311 PCI Adapter
10.TCP/IP (shared)->Dialup adapter
11.TCP/IP->Internet connection sharing

A)What settings must have eatch of them on my pc,
B)what about the configuration utility of the card NETGEAR?
C)what are the settings that must give to my ipaq?

After hard tries the only thing i achieved was to wirellesly sychronise my ipaq with microsoft activesync, but now i am stuck A week ago..)
Cant have wireless internet that was my purpose
