Holux GPSslim 236 & XDA 2i

Purchased Holux 236slim to go with XDA 2 - Tom Tom 5 installed upgraded to version 5.21 GPS viewer Holux own software working fine with bluetooth connection but cannot get Tom Tom to recognise GPS receiver. Have tried both bluetooth and other NMEA GPS but still not working. Bluetooth manager shows connection to GPSlim and as I said Holux own GPS viewer works fine - any ideas ?

Welcome to our forums.
Remove the GPS viewer software from the PDA then try the receiver with TomTom.

Thanks Charlie - removed and got its position within 30 seconds - wish I had thought of that.
