Accessing PC files over WLAN

I have an Ipaq 5555, a Wifi router / hub and I have set them up to access the internet and print files on the Ipaq which works fine - I would just to be able to access my files on my PC over WLAN.

How can I do this? Is there any software (preferably freeware) that will let me browse my PC and open / edit files from the Ipaq.

probably the easiest is to install some freeware ftp server on your pc (just look in your favourite shareware depot) and use an ftp client on the pda - there was a file explorer with integrated ftp client, freeware, I found some time ago, I'll have to find it again, I just want to do the same

do a search on pocketgear or ipaqsoft.net

I don't know if there's an easier way... running an ftp server on the pc is not the easiest and securest thing :-( I'll post it if I find it
