Have I got the wrong end of the stick !!!

Can anyone help. Whilst messing about in the 'contacts' (phone book) of my 2190, I came across the menu asking me if would like to "dial via bluetooth". Does this mean i can use my pda as handsfree for my car or any other time i want ?. If so, my phone is not in the list of mobiles !!. Secondly how do i receive normal e-mails, can this be done through my phone also. The problem is, any instruction may have to be in idiot format, as i am having brain freeze with my pda !!!!!!!!
