Bluetooth internet with Ipaq 4150 - help!

Hi, i have got a ipaq h4150 which has bluetooth. I have managed to connect to the dongle and browse files on my p.c ect..., but the internet on it doesnt work, i have tryed sharing the internet connection for it, but everytime i try and go on internet explorer on my pda, it comes up with "Cannot Connect" and wants me to set somthing up. I really need help on this please, can some one help me?!?

I will have a go i have recently purchased a 4150 and i was having problems getting the GPRS via mobile phone to work, thats solved now so i will try the dongle to pc.
