Help required for Idiot

Just got an Acer n35 from the goodfolks at www.totalpda.co.uk and acquired a SD wifi card 802.11g & b. Installed driver, pda is seeing my network (and all the neighbours!), but I can't seem to connect to net , inbox or MSN. ANy detailed help out there or a hint in the right direction where I'll get some??
